About
My design process is adaptive—I draw from frameworks such as the Double Diamond, Design Thinking, Agile, or even Waterfall, depending on the project’s scope, timeline, and team needs. While the methods may vary, the principles remain the same: design is an iterative process of discovery, experimentation, and delivery, with the goal of creating solutions that balance user needs and business objectives.

1. Discover — Research & Exploration
I begin by understanding the context, analyzing the initial challenges, and identifying the right research scope. When time allows, I plan and conduct user interviews, competitor analysis, or surveys to uncover pain points and insights.
2. Define — Synthesis & Problem Framing
I synthesize findings into clear opportunity areas and reframe them into actionable “How might we” questions. This ensures alignment with both user goals and business outcomes before moving into ideation.
3. Develop — Ideation & Concepting
In this phase, I generate potential solutions—through workshops, sketching, or wireframes—and validate them via A/B testing or rapid prototyping. The goal is to narrow ideas into a clear design vision supported by evidence.
4. Deliver — Implementation & Validation
I work with developers and stakeholders to bring concepts to life, testing iteratively to learn, refine, and ensure feasibility. Prototypes evolve into final designs that are scalable, testable, and ready for production.
In short: my process is consistent in its structure but flexible in its sequence, adapting to the needs of each project. This adaptability allows me to deliver solutions that are both user-centered and business-driven, while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams. This rhythm of divergence and convergence keeps the process structured yet flexible, ensuring creativity without losing focus.
